The .cue files are here in the torrent and are in .7z format.
Extract it, move it to the appropiate folder and you got the .cue files to play the music files separately.

For such a large torrent, ideally you'd want it to be playable without having to modify the directory structure in any way.
Pick one and only one:
* Whole disk in a single file + cue sheet with the same basename but .cue in the same directory.
* Individual songs.
Unfortunately, while it's mostly "whole disk in a single file", there are some exceptions. When a collection is so large, please put some effort in curating it.
Thank you for the collection, otherwise. I'm glad it still fits in a MBR partition.
@Xinsar use CUETools. With FLACCL encoder I finished splitting almost all of them in about 30 hours on an 1080ti. About 300 cuesheets are incorrect. Fixing the "doesn't start at file beginning" leaves you with 42 incorrect, mainly because they're either not cd (over 80 mins long or not 16 bit), or the album contains <>| characters which seems to be a bug in CUETools. I'll try using a different cue splitter for these.
How complete is this? I can't seem to find my favorite song:
GET IN THE RING & TUMENECO - アンフィニ

Maybe it's too new for this collection.
@SYZekrom I just checked and 暁Records has all the cue files. Can't paste the whole output due to Nyaa comment limits, but here is the count of cue files - there are 18 of them.
$ 7za x '2018.01.01 cue sheets.7z'
$ find ./[暁Records] -name '*.cue' | wc -l
