@stereo It's not. It's legit http://mora.jp/package/43000014/KIZC-437_F/?cpid=morak.phileweb_o1_20180117
How did you even check it to make sure? Something like Lossless Audio Checker? I used version 2.0.6 64 bit and went fine but that program may not be too reliable as I was able to down sample it to 16 bit / 44.1 kHz and upscample'd it and came out as Clean. There might be data in the file to upsample with no issues unlike regular 16 bit / 44.1 kHz audio files.
@noZA_ if you use LAC, first convert to 48000/16-bit with SoX or another

@stereo
thanks for info. tried both the gui 2.0.6 and cli 2.0.5 ver.
with the gui version. when the progressbar reaching 99% the program crashed (fishy??), this didn't happen with my other hi-res files. though converting it to other format such as wav resulting clean using both version, in your case make sure you don't convert it to wav 32bit. either way, i'm not fan of mizuki nana, just helping seeding :p
@stereo I already wrote what LAC version I used. Re-read what I wrote above. You sure the results wasn't due to an outdated program, SoX? I used foobar 1.3.7 with Encoder Pack 2017-10-15. I'm always suspicious when there's a 48.0 kHz offered from here and mora and I thought this may of been upscaled too looking at Spek but the image as you can see I was able to downscale using this file to 16 bit / 44.1 khz with dBpoweramp SSRC and upscale it to 24 bit / 48.0 khz and it passed but others failed. Some say that LAC isn't so reliable. Replicate it if you want:

@mushisix It did that to me too I just switched to the 32 bit version and sometimes that would crash as well. What I think it is if the Read-only is checked under properties to uncheck it, also if you're seeding the file, I had times where issue was a ID3v2 tag being embedded. For some reason it no longer crashes for me as it use to on the 64 bit ver at least it hasn't yet.
