The quality is a lot better than the previous English release and doesn't have the same weird glitches (visible frame by frame) in the French release. The Primary subtitles are Arabic by AnimeFN. The Second subtitles track is English based on DueStruggle+HobbyHell's work but just changed a couple of lines in the Ending song TL (https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1883635) and obviously you get better video quality.
