I really enjoyed this manga and wanted to read it again. It is on this site, but both my readers show the images split, making reading less enjoyable. I decided to open the cbz file as 7zip seems to open it for some reason and found jpg images inside. So, I started combining the images that were split to see if I can fix them.
First time doing this, and thought if I get to do the whole manga, I should provide an upload with the images all fixed. However, I don't know if there would be any interest in me doing that, since I don't know if there are readers out there that auto fix split images. I use perfect viewer cause it was free and still works on my tablet, and it seems like I did an ok job, reducing the images from 66 to 27, but would like some input from people that use something other than perfect viewer.
Essentially, after stitching the images with MS Paint, I put the jpgs in the same cbz container that 7zip opened.
Would appreciate some feedback, even if its negative feedback.
Since I have problems with torrent downloading only a technical note.
`CBZ` is a standard `ZIP` file. The letters stands for "Comic Book Zip". Similarly there is also `CBR` for the `RAR` compression. You can put any images to zipped file and change the extension of the file.
Of course the image format need to be supported by the reader. Therefore I saw until now only JPEG and PNG files.
@Julo : ahhh. So... if I make a normal zip file and rename the extension "cbz" instead of "zip" it should function the same? I don't have to reuse the same cbz file and exchange the images? Ok. That helps a lot! I can skip that whole procedure. Wish you could see the file and give me an opinion on looks/aesthetics as well, but thank you.
