### I don't recommend watching this release unless you have an HDR/DV-supported display. #### [Click here for the 1080p, SDR version of this release.](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1611328) This v2 contains lossless eng audio, improved subs, and tweaked chapters. ##### If you don't watch dub and don't feel like redownloading the whole release, you can grab just the subtitles **[from here](https://mega.nz/folder/upQXwTIY#A2XpMz1DGbFemuK-o-ZO7g)**. --- Sources | ⠀ --- | --- Video | [[Beatrice-Raws]](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1445622) Audio Track 1 | Japanese 7.1 Dolby Atmos TrueHD Audio Track 2 | English 5.1 FLAC (16bit, downsampled) Subtitle Track 1 | Full Subtitles (No song) [Default] Subtitle Track 2 | Full Subtitles (Incl. song) Subtitle Track 3 | Full Subtitles (No song, HDR) Subtitle Track 4 | Full Subtitles (Official, HDR) Subtitle Track 5 | Signs & Songs [Forced] Subtitle Track 6 | Signs & Songs (HDR) --- #### Notes: I did not include the jp commentary audio, as I could not find any subtitles for it. I don't want to hear any whining about the downsampled audio. There is almost 0 perceptible difference, and saves ~1.5 GB. I know the mfs that complain are listening on the most scuffed audio systems out there too. I used the newest version of animorphs' subs from [his github](https://github.com/Animorphs/Fansubs/tree/main/Violet%20Evergarden). I then tweaked the styling, typesetting, and script (mostly grammar and spelling). I added a sub option without the insert song, and one with. Full track with song has jp and eng lyrics, signs track has only eng lyrics. I also added a couple options for HDR viewers, with different luminance on the subs so they aren't distractingly bright, as well as official PGS (script for these sucks though). I have no idea if this actually works, worst case I have a couple extra sub tracks. [Script changes from v1 can be seen here.](https://i.imgur.com/y7cADCY.jpg) #### [Mediainfo](https://pastebin.com/raw/Qk9vrmaK)

DOLBY VISION!!!!!!!!
how's progress on eva?
this user doesn't know :pepelaugh:
Oh fucking great-just what we need, another goddamn version of this. Way too little-way too late. BTW-if you're using the english audio that I think you are-it's just the 640kbs 5.1 DD+ Netflix track that was resynced to the jpbd video and put into a pcm container for editing purposes.

@zrdb I used the dts-hd ma track from the usbd that came out recently. That’s what pushed me to v2. Please take your meds sir
I didn't know the usbd had come out....! I made an archival copy months ago when the jpbd came out but I've never been able to get any of the .ass sub files that have songs to work-only the dialog shows. Guess the jp video doesn't like them for some reason.

@pip3 @vikrant9760 i'm working with SoM right now on typesetting
neat, i thought your efforts were seperate
Worth pointing out that the PGS subs included here from the UK BD/UHD use the script from the Asian digital release of the movie, not the Netflix one.
The us bluray HAS not been released yet.
think it's from the ukbd bud
Then this might be of interest-https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1446033.

@zrdb lol why would the dub have to be "heavily edited" to sync to jpbd? should just be a container delay
