What is the difference between this and the v0 one

For some titles, Erai-Raws release a v0 quickly and another one about a day later, I would quote the explanation from their site but their server is reported down by cloudflare right now. Basically, the subs are reviewed and tidied, maybe they also add more subtitle languages, I don't pay attention to that since I only watch English. As far as I know, video and dudio will be the same in both. Since FFA re-encode Eria-Raws. they are nice enough to indicate when they used v0 and I was under the impression that they will release a subsequent version without, so I prefer to wait for that.
