An excellent manga, a bit different due it's authored not only by Urasawa but Nagasaki as well. Not as good as PLUTO, but close. Essential reading and one of those series that should be licensed asap.

I'm pretty sure Viz isn't licensing this because of some kind of copyright problem. Even though it's already officially available in other languages (italian, for example).
