__FAQ:__
__Where can I see the DR Log to see how much dynamic range was restored between the original version and this torrent?__
Here: __http://dr.loudness-war.info/album/list/album?artist=Fear%2C+and+Loathing+in+Las+Vegas__
those with the label "by Soriel" is my upload
__Why did you upload the lossy version first instead of the lossless version?__
because I want your opinion before uploading the lossless version with scans since it is heavier than this torrent. And I don't want to upload a heavy torrent that they think is a terrible remastering
__Why HE-AAC v2 (M4A) and not MP3 320kbps?__
AAC is a better lossy audio format than MP3. HE-AAC v2 is best optimized for high-quality audio with low bitrate. It is the audio format that NETFLIX uses when you download a movie from your mobile to watch it offline.
__Why m4a 96kHz and not m4a 44.1kHz?__
Look at the spectrogram, you will notice that m4a 96 kHz has less loss than m4a 44.1kHz.

__Why didn't you use xHE-AAC (USAC)?__
I would have loved to be able to use it but for now there is no software (or I haven't found one) that converts of FLAC to M4A / AAC xHE-AAC (USAC).
It is a recent version and I think it is not publicly available for free.
__Is it the best restoration?__
Actually not buddy.
Before creating this [remastering someone made one of the last album of FALILV,](http://dr.loudness-war.info/album/view/172620) and it reaches a maximum dynamic range of DR14 and my remastering the most it comes to DR11. I don't know how he did it but I will investigate.
__Will you upload the FLAC version?__
Yes, as long as they think about whether my remastering is ok.
__Will you upload more remasters?__
yes, actually you can see in my uploads and I've created K-POP album remasters.
I plan to upload some Japanese content here.
__Why you put *discography 2010-2020* if HYPERTOUGHNESS came out in December 2019?__
I understand that in Japan it was only released on CD in December 2019, in January 2020 it was available digitally only on Qobuz and in February 2020 it was already on Deezer (Album source) for everyone. In short, for the panas of japan this album is from 2019 and for the rest of the world it came is from 2020. and I mean the lossless version, because YouTube Music was already uploaded in January 2020 but I'm not interested in that version
@Danielxd0001 *excellent question*
opus has better quality than m4a (he-aac v2) regarding frequencies from 20khz to 17.5khz. But it creates a file double as big.
The frequencies from 20khz to 22khz have less loss in m4a/96kHz and in opus they are totally lost. And I also chose m4a because it is more used than opus.
When I upload it the lossless version of this discography, I invite anyone interested in converting from FLAC to OPUS.
