The only good home release the series ever received were the old German DVD boxset, and that's only dubbed in German. I'd thought they would have released it on DVD in Spain given how popular it is, and well, this is a show about the Spanish after all so it makes sense they would've and should've. I'm not getting my hopes up, but if it gets released then I'll pre-order it like I did with Inspector Gadget (Esp/Eng).
@Impakt So I take it there are 2 versions of the German DVDs, one with only German audio, while the other with multiple audio tracks including the original Japanese one like this one https://nyaa.iss.one/view/550379, correct? I think R2 J ones are the best for their old look/footage and because they contain NEPs , although I'm not sure if German DVDs lack them . As for the R2 J DVDs, there is a possibility you can't buy them due to regional and stock reasons.

Think both only have the German dub, but the newer set has less DVD discs and are more compressed (that's what I was told anyway). I always wanted to own the R2J discs although those never were uploaded to ADC and I'm not sure if they exist. If they do, it's probably the best source to sync Kaiketsu Zorro dubs to. There's no subs, but if one is happy with dubtitles then it may be a good alternative.
