Not a problem guys :). and yes they were amazing back in the day. The old fansub groups were extremely dedicated and put so much effort. I especially applaud the ones now. Fansubbing is a dying thing with so many streaming websites out there now.

I agree, but these... aren't fansubs, though? They're ripped from the R1 DVDs put out by Media-Blasters, and use the same official translations. They're basically the 2000s equivalent of HorribleSubs/Erai-Raws type releases. Though it does take more effort to obtain DVDs/.isos and rip them than it does to rip and re-upload streaming video.
And if anything killed fansubbing, it wasn't the official streaming sites themselves -- it was HorribleSubs (an offshoot of fansubbing group gg), and their zero-hour rips of the legal streams.
